Wesper Lab Home Sleep Test

Wesper (formerly Tatch) offers a unique approach to home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) by replacing traditional chest belts and nasal cannulas with two lightweight, wireless patches. One patch is placed on the chest and the other on the abdomen. These sensors utilize advanced plethysmography to track respiratory effort, body position, and snoring sounds, while a companion pulse oximeter records blood oxygen levels and heart rate. Our analysis confirms that Wesper provides a robust assessment of the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) with high correlation to clinical polysomnography (PSG).
