A Wareable hands-on review reported about 7 days in continuous wear and remaining misses in heart rate, sleep, and recovery. The water rating is IP68 to 1 meter for up to 2 hours.

Polar's spec sheet lists Precision Prime optical heart rate, an accelerometer, up to 8 days of battery, and WR30 water resistance. SpO2, skin temperature, and ECG are not on that sheet.
