Hume publishes a wide biomarker list, including SpO2, skin temperature, respiratory rate, and blood-pressure trends, from a 5-LED optical block. The blood-pressure output is a trend, and Hume says so. Wareable's hands-on review still found misses in heart rate, sleep, and recovery. Those two facts together are why accuracy is 82, the bottom of this table. Medgrade did not add its own reference test.

The Oxiline Band XS Pro was an excellent performer during our 12-week evaluation with eight users, earning 95/100 overall. Measurement Accuracy scored 95, App Experience 94, Hardware & Wearability 93, and Overall Value 96. Sleep tracking was a highlight: the band frequently distinguished light wakefulness, including reading or watching television in bed, from actual sleep, an area where several competing trackers can struggle. Blood pressure estimates varied approximately 5-8% versus an upper-arm cuff, while SpO2 comparisons showed approximately +/-3% deviation; these remain wellness estimates, not diagnostic readings. The lightweight, screenless design stays comfortable overnight, with interchangeable textile and silicone straps. Battery life reaches up to 40 days with five-minute heart-rate sampling and approximately 12-14 days with one-minute sampling; heart rate becomes continuous during recorded activities. Charging takes approximately 45 minutes.
